He is a specialist highly regarded in the area of accessing finance and raising funds. He was a director at crown merchant bank and is currently involved in accessing funds/credit for universities and SMEs. He’s the Author of the book titled “HOW TO FINANCE YOUR BUSINESS”. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCTI), Fellow Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (FBR), Fellow Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC), Fellow Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria (FCCrFA), Fellow National Institute of Credit Administration (FICA) and a Fellow of International Professional Managers Association UK (FPMA). He served as a founding member of the Governing Council of McPherson University and the Chairman of Fund Raising Committee. He facilitates at online trainings.
Prince Adekanbi Adebayo is currently the Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Adebayo Adekanbi is a professional manager. He is a Full Member of International Professional Manager Uk. His wealth of professional experience span over twenty six years.
He started his accounting, taxation and auditing career with Rasaq Quadri & Co, He joined Olu Adasonla & Co in 1998 where he gained considerable experience in Auditing and Tax Matters. His wealth of audit experience continued with Wiggins Teape Plc as Internal Auditor, Omas Investment and Trust Limited as Head of Finance and Planning. He joined Adebola Sobanjo & Co as Audit Manager where he rose up to the level of Head of the Firm’s general Practice. He established Waheed Adekanbi and Co. A firm he managed for 12 years before joining Adebola Sobanjo & Co in 2018.
He is currently the Managing Partner of the firm. He is responsible for Policy Directives of the Partners, Planning and Execution of Audit Assignments. His expertise extends to Consultancy, Business Development Support Provision (BDSP), Corporate Advisory Services, Manpower Development and Training. He provides hot review of all the audit engagements and taxation matters of the firm, he also ensures that all the audit engagements and reporting conform to the quality established by the firm and the general practice standard.

Dr. Mrs. Kenny Olubanjo is the Executive Director of Entrepreneurship Promotions Academy International (EPA Int’l) and the Marketing Consultant for the Consultancy Division of the company.
She has various national and international working experiences (Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana, Kenya and Indonesia) She has been trained at different levels of entrepreneurship, management consulting, SME development Business counseling and Marketing by various organizations including International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (ICECD) India, Lagos Business School (LBS), International Professional Managers Association, UK (IPMA), and Acadia University, Canada.
Dr. Mrs. Kenny is also a Business Development Support Service Provider and a business edge trainer, trained by International Finance Corporation (IFC). She holds her MBA in Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) from the University of Calabar. She earned her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic. She is a member of International Professional Managers Association (IPMA-UK)
Mrs. Olufunmilayo Inyang is the Director Finance and Administration of Adebola Sobanjo Group of Companies. Her experience and career spans through Banking, Finance and provision of Business Advisory Services, Business Development Support.
She has worked as a consultant for more than a decade in different sectors including Financial Institutions, Education, Construction, Manufacturing, Service Industry, Health Care, Oil & Gas Services, Energy and for Religious Associations. She commenced her Banking and Finance career in 2004 at Intercontinental Bank Plc where she rose to the position of Branch Manager due to her dedication to work and proven results. She joined Access bank Plc in 2012 where she became a Branch Manager, managing the banking services.
She was with Entrepreneurship Promotions Academy in 2013 as Assistant Registrar where she achieved the alliance of the Academy with International Professional Managers Association, UK (IPMA) and moved to Adebola Sobanjo & Co in 2016 as the Director of Finance and Administration.
Olufunmilayo holds her M.Sc. in International Business from University of Hertfordshire, UK and certificate in Business Communication from same university. She holds her B.Sc.(Ed) Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria. Olufunmilayo is a member of many professional bodies such as Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrations, Associate Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (ABR), Full Member of the International Professional Managers Association UK (MPMA). She is also a Certified Trainer by Centre for Management Development (CMD)

Joy Omotayo Fapohunda is a HR/Admin Manager with Adebola Sobanjo Company Limited.
Her experience spans in difference areas as she started off her career as a Marketer in 2011 and then became an Administrator in 2012. She studied for Masters in Industrial and Personnel Relations at the University of Ibadan in 2016 and started her profession as an HR in 2017 where she worked as a consultant for Adebola Sobanjo Company Ltd for a few months before she return to her former place of work (a construction company) where she solely started up the HR department for 3years+ based on her diligence, dedication to work, exceptional input in the Admin department and her enthusiasm to grow as a HR professional which was observed and noted by the company’s management.
She resigned and moved to Adebola Sobanjo Company Ltd. for more opportunity to continually grow in her profession as an HR.
She has a Masters in Industrial and Personnel Relations (MIPR) from the University of Ibadan. She is an HND graduate of Secretarial Studies from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo, Ondo State (HND).
Joy Omotayo Fapohunda is committed to personal development and growth which is why she personally volunteered with slum2school for 2years to support teenagers and children who live in the slum to turn their focus towards self-improvement. She also has a group of young ladies she has supported to grow their career in HR and Administration.
Olusayo Oladokun, B.EDU, NCE, ANIT, MIPMA UK, MNIM ` Business Development Manager
Oladokun Olusayo is an Administrator/Consultant. He is an associate member of International Professional Managers Association (IPMA-UK) Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (ANIT), and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Sayo has attended special training programmes over the years, including attendance at the International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (ICECD), India, SMEDAN/ACADIA, Canada, IASeminars, UK. Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Sayo holds NCE from Federal College of Education Akoka, Lagos. He also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
